7.1. Right to Cancel: As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your Order and return Products within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last Product.
7.2. How to Cancel: To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to [Your Email Address]). You may use the model cancellation form provided in Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, but it is not obligatory.
7.3. Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel your Order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (economy delivery charges only, not express or premium). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (e.g., handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, such as trying on but not wearing for an extended period).
7.4. Returning Products after Cancellation: You must send back the Products or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of 14 days has expired.

7.6. Refund Timing: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: * (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any Products supplied; or * (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Products; or * (c) if there were no Products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
7.7. Method of Refund: We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
7.8. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel: The right to cancel does not apply to: * Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised (e.g., custom engravings). * Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
